Please note, as each poster is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, however, we will happily replace it at no extra cost.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
Cancellations can be requested within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
What if I receive the wrong poster or a damaged poster?
If your poster arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, do not worry, we’ll make it right. Simply send us a clear photo of the issue within a few days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.
